2006 Midland Masters

Wisbech Swimming Club had two entrants Fiona Jakeman and Jodie Hopkisson, in the 2006 Midland Open Masters Championships last weekend.  Jodie swam to an excellent Gold Medal Position in the 200m Individual Medley in personal best time, along with fifth places in the 100m individual medley, 50m breaststroke and 100m breaststroke pb.  Fiona had equally excellent swims, achieving Bronze medal positions in the 100m individual medley in personal best time, 200m individual medley, and 100m freestyle, with forth place in the 50m butterfly event, congratulations to both of them.
